 BOARDING POLICY

We strive to be more than just a typical boarding kennel and want our guests to enjoy the resort atmosphere and be able socialize with other guests.

We do not board aggressive dogs or dogs that may pose a risk to other dogs or humans. Only dogs that have special needs will have private playtime e.g.( senior dogs, dogs on low activity following surgery)

All new guests must make an appointment for a pre-evaluation test prior to boarding. We also suggest your dog complete one day of Day Kamp Boarding to see if your dog is compatible with our type of boarding facility.

All dog(s) are to 

• Have proof of current vaccinations given by a Veteranarian. Shots include Rabies, Dhlpp, and Bordetella.
• Be Spayed or Neutered , if over 1 year old.
• The only exceptions are if your dog has a medical condition that prevents them from being spayed or neutered and your Veteranarian provides us with a letter attesting this.
• Is a show dog ( must provide proof of heritage and points in competition to confirmation standards)
• Get along with other dogs. We will not board aggressive dogs who may be a liability to humans or other dogs.
• Be housebroken.
• Be on  Flea,Tick and Heartworm Prevention.
• Be at least 4 months old and have received 3 series of vaccines.
• Not bark excessively. Any dogs that habitually barks for no reason  will be asked not to return. This type of behavior places additional stress on other boarders.

 Since we are a small facility, all boarders must have a reservation. Normally,we suggest calling at least two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

However, if you will be boarding around a Holiday or during the Summer book at least 1 to 2  months in advance.

Boarding Rates are based on a nightly stay. If two dogs are boarded in the same suite a 10% discount applies as long as they are not food-aggressive ( do no fight over food or food hoarders). There is a also 10% discount for long term boarding of 30 days or more.

Length of Stay:

A minimum stay of 2 nights or minimum charge of 2 nights boarding  will be charged during our peak season ( June1-Labor Day)  and during major Holidays(New Year's Eve,New Years Day,Easter,Memorial Day ,July 4th, Labor Day,Thanksgiving, and Christmas) for those who only need boarding for 1 night. 

Payment is required at check-in!

• Giant Breeds:                  $ 20.00 a night          $ 23.00 a night

Please note that playtime activities are included in the boarding prices.

Cats: $10 a night. All cats must be accompanied by a dog sister or  dog brother. We do not board cats not accustomed to dogs. Cats must be altered( spayed or neutered).

WE NOW HAVE DOGGY DAY KAMP BOARDING(ALSO KNOWN AS DOGGY DAY CARE) COST IS $12 A DAY PER DOG. AVAILABLE MONDAY-FRIDAY FROM 7AM-7PM .Closed during the Winter. If interested , please call ASAP-Spaces are limited. Day Kamp is closed during Major Holidays , weekends and during inclement weather.

At Paradise Pet Resort and Boarding Kennels our number one priorty is to our guests.  We want to provide the best environment for our guests so their stay is happy, stress-free and comfortable.  Our guests enjoy coming back! At the same time we understand having your pet home as soon as possible is your concern. Therefore, we are open 7 days a week and closed during major holidays!

We have specific times for pick-up and drop-off.  This enables our guests privacy and the chance to enjoy Paradise Pet Resort without interruptions during the day.  Owners can pick-up or drop-off their pet during these hours:

Monday- Saturday from 7:00am-10:00am  or 5:00pm-7:00pm

Sunday from 7:00am-Noon and evening hours from 6:00pm-7:00pm.

Major Holidays CLOSED!!!

These days are: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

   Cancellation Policy

We know plans change.  At Paradise Pet Resort we ask you to be considerate to us and those who might be waiting for a spot.  If you need to cancel ,please call at least 48 hours in advance to your booking.
